We are looking for a candidate residing in the greater Boston area. The Business Development Director will focus on generating leads in the Boston, New York, and southern Connecticut markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Generate leads and build relationships with major financial institutions and third parties.
• Conduct sales and marketing planning.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to self start and work within a startup environment.
• High attention to detail and passion for quality of work.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of three years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record.
• A four year bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• A working knowledge of the financial services sector.
• Previous startup experience is a major plus.
